As a sales and marketing professional, I was always on the lookout for ways to improve my approach and increase my income. I quickly realized that the words I used were crucial to my success. But I struggled to find the right ones and how to use them effectively.

That's when I came up with the idea for Sell Daily, a Google Sheet template that would help me and other salespeople harness the power of language. In this article, I'll share the story of how I built Sell Daily and how it can help you boost your sales and marketing efforts.

What was the inspiration for Sell Daily?

I was impressed with 1-page-a-day books like Daily Stoic and Daily desk calendars with quotes for each day.  Inspired by these, I wanted to give myself a resource for tweeting about my products in a promotional way. I got my hands on the “Big Book of Words That Sell.” Using that has increased my own promotional abilities. I wanted to make a Google Sheet template that helped people use these powerful words each day.

Designing and building the Google Sheet template

I used a tweet template that I’ve used to create other Twitter-related templates: 100 Twitter Templates and 100 Tweet Starters.

Each word is hand-picked from all the possible words in the English language. Out of 171,146 words in the English language, these 366 are proven powerful to sell.
